Immediately after your order is placed, an order confirmation email with a summary of your order as well as your shipping and billing details will be sent to you.
Normally orders will ship within 2-7 business days of processing payment, unless particularly noted elsewhere on the website, at the time order is placed, or you receive an email notice that an item in your order has been delayed. Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or the time the order has been placed. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. All purchases through lifescraft.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
We are currently shipping to virtually any address in the world,but a complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally packages are returned to Lifescraft as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Lifescraft, please contact Lifescraft to make arrangements for reshipment.
The order is less than $29, the shipping fee is $4;
The order exceeds $29, the free shipping will be provided worldwide.
Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check order status. You can also go to your account page to check order status.
Please note that sometimes it takes the shipping company some time to update the status of the shipment and your tracking link may not work immediately. In the event of any unsuccessful delivery, you will also be notified by e-mail.
If you don't receive your order, please contact us within 3 months after dispatch of the order.
For orders within 3 months after dispatch:
Customer responsibility: Input wrong address, etc. The shipping fee and insurance fee is non-refundabel.
Lifescraft responsibility: Full refund include shipping fee except insurance fee, or resend for products you did not receive.
For orders over 3 months after dispatch：
The order is valid for 3 months after dispatch, overdue requests won’t be accepted.
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7-15 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7-15 days to arrive at their destination but may take longer sometimes. If your order is shipping to Brazil or Russia or other continents, it will take about 15-30 days to arrive at their destination but may take longer from time to time.
However, all delivery times are estimates and Lifescraft is not responsible for delays due to unpredictable factors（weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays） or any other unforeseen factors.
*Due to longer customs clearance times experienced, e.g. due to more stringent security checks, please be advised that Standard Shipping time may be affected.
*Due to the current Covid-19, you may experience short delivery delays, but please be assured that your order will still be sent to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
Custom Tax or Duty
Normally, customers are not assessed any additional duties or taxes via Standard Shipping. However, sometimes customers may be required to pay tariffs on their purchases.
