Refund Policy

In most cases, items shipped from Lifescraft can be returned within 30 days after delivery, and please do not damage the barcode on the original packaging. Please contact us before you want to return an item you received in order to receive a return shipping address and other instructions. Please do not send it back without permission.

 

30 DAY PRODUCT GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with the item you received and would like to return it, you may submit a return request to us as follows:

Within 30 days of receiving the product contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue.We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.

If Approved, you may also be asked to return the product.After receiving the returned item and checking that it do not affect secondary sales, we will refund (the shipping costs except).

Once the refund process is approved, we will only refund the money to the credit card/account where the payment was originally made. Requests for refunds to other credit cards/accounts for any reason will not be accepted.

We cannot refund if it occurs one of the following two situations:

(1)Send products to the wrong address (including returning directly to the place of shipment without contacting us).

(2)Choose the return method for cash on delivery.

 

Full & Partial Refunds

Full Refunds

We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault.Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or customer's own fault cannot apply for refund.

All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.

Partial Refunds:

We also offer partial refund on returned items which have some original parts missing. In such a case, the customer can only get partial refund.

If the item(s) is considered damaged, defiled, deformed after receipt, or you return the item(s) without notify us, you can only get partial refunds.

 

Shipping Costs:

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

 

How about your products which are not broken but you want to return because you change your mind about the purchase?

It depends on:

Your package is on the way. We have to charge the freight for our compensation. Send email to lifescraftstudio@outlook.com / lifescraft@hotmail.com to get more details about the details of this return.(Return address&Expense, etc.)

You package is still in our warehouse. We can help you cancel your order without charging any fees.

Attention:

✳ If a defective/incorrect item is received, our only responsibility is to replace the item with a new/correct one.

✳ If a package is returned for destruction due to incorrect address/unclaimed, our only responsibility is to resend the package. And the buyer needs to pay the shipping cost.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at lifescraft@hotmail.com.

 

Return Address

In order to make your return more convenient, we have different warehouses for receiving your package.

Please do not send your package back to the address on your package. That is not an effective return address and will cause your package to be lost. And you are responsible for the loss due to the wrong address. So please contact the customer service and they will spare no effort to help.
